We are delighted to share that the University of Stirling’s Video Gaming Society has raised an incredible £335 in support of our charity language school.
The society—whose members meet weekly to enjoy a wide range of video games and friendly tournaments—held an exciting 12-hour gaming marathon, running from 10am to 10pm. All their favourite games were available throughout the day, including a major Championship match that kept the energy high.
We are especially grateful to Damien, one of our dedicated volunteer tutors, who is also a member of the society and kindly proposed our school as the chosen charity for the event.
During the gaming marathon, members were encouraged to learn more about our work and consider donating. Their generosity was overwhelming: within just a few hours, the society had already raised £200. By the end of the night, the total reached an amazing £335.
We are incredibly thankful to everyone who took part and contributed. Your support helps us buy more literacy materials for our volunteer tutors.
Thank you, Video Gaming Society—and thank you, Damien. Your kindness truly makes a difference!
