Our Summer School 2026 was a fantastic four-week experience, bringing students together to develop their English skills, explore Scottish culture and make new friendships.

Across the programme, students took part in engaging lessons covering topics including Scotland, health and wellbeing, education, employment, language, nature and the environment. Through discussions, presentations, role plays, games and creative activities, they built confidence and developed their English in meaningful, real-life situations.

The programme also included exciting excursions, with visits to the V&A Museum in Dundee and the historic coastal towns of Anstruther and St Andrews. These trips gave students the opportunity to experience more of Scotland, spend time together outside the classroom and practise their English in everyday settings.

We were delighted to see students grow in confidence throughout the four weeks, supporting one another and enthusiastically taking part in all aspects of the programme.
